Low volume manufacturing

Make samples of your device using 3D printing/ sheet metal to check the fitting and all tolerances. We can further paint the prototype to get the desired look and finish

We use 3D printing to manufacture your device casing in lower quantities. Its good to test the product first before going for full scale manufacturing

Enclosure components

We prototype and manufacture silicon and rubber gaskets for making your enclosures watertight. We also help in procuring parts and cables and help assemble the device

We can design and manufacture RF shields for your electronic board using sheet metal. Very tight tolerances can be achieved with sheet thickness starting from 0.2mm

Scaled manufacturing solutions

We help you manufacture you product in bulk volumes let it be 50,100 or even 10000 units using injection molding technology. Depending on the production requirements, we make both Hand molds and Automatic molds to optimize mold investment and product cost
