Low volume Injection molding under 1000$

*For part sizes within 150x150x150mm

Why low volume injection molding ?
Most traditional injection molders require a MOQ of 10000+ parts and high tooling costs. We help startups and product teams manufacture small batches affordably without compromising on part quality and strength.
- Tooling starts at 500$
- Delivery in 10-20 days
- Perfect bridge between prototype and production
- Good for part sizes within 200x200x200 mm
Our process
Right from Design review, tooling, production and shipping we handle it all. Just tell us your requirements and we handle the rest
Design Review
Send us your CAD model. We review it and send a quote after defining the quantity and material required. Post approval we do a DFM and fine tune the design to optimize it for low volume mold.
Tooling and Sampling
We then do the tool design and proceed with the manufacturing of the actual steel tool after determining the material and finish required. Post that we ship the sample to you for approval after doing a dimensional check.
Production
Once the sample is approved we then go for production with MOQ starting from just 50 pcs. The low volume molds we make can be used to produce parts till 5000 + pcs. We support higher production volumes as well.

We don't like to brag, but we're changing the game
”We needed 80 pieces of an enclosure produced. Never thought creating a injection mold could be this fast and cost effective. It was cheaper than 3D printing and vacuum casting
DavidProduct Designer
”We had made 2000pcs of a nylon gear and were getting quotes for 4000+$ from China. Precious gave us a quote of 1500$ inclusive of the mold and production costs and delivered the parts within 25days
PeterPurchase manager
”We had to make 50pcs of around 10 different parts and 3D printing was not giving a good finish and strength we required for user testing. That's when we went for a low volume injection mold to get the end product at a good cost

Injection Molding FAQs
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for injection molded enclosures and parts?
We specialize in low-volume production and offer no MOQ requirements. Whether you need 10 enclosures or 10,000, we’re here to support your product journey.
How much does it cost to get an injection mold made?
Tooling costs vary based on the complexity and size of the part. Our low-cost tooling options like 3D printed and soft aluminum molds can start as low as $1,000, making it ideal for startups and prototyping.
Do you provide design support?
Absolutely. We offer end-to-end design assistance, including DFM (Design for Manufacturing) optimization to ensure your enclosure is both functional and cost-effective for injection molding.
Can you handle both plastic and metal enclosures?
Yes. We provide both plastic injection molded enclosures and custom sheet metal enclosures, depending on your product needs and use case.
What file formats do you accept for quoting or design review?
We accept all major 3D CAD formats including STEP (.stp/.step), IGES, STL, and SolidWorks files. If you have 2D drawings, we can work with those too.
How fast can you deliver prototypes and production units?
Prototypes (via 3D printing or soft tooling): 7–10 business days
Low-volume production: 2–3 weeks
Mass production: 4–6 weeks depending on tooling and part complexity
Are the molds mine after production?
Yes. Once the mold is made and paid for, it belongs to you. We can store it and maintain it for future batches. While reusing it after a long time there can be some minor repolishing charges
Do you ship to the United States and Europe?
Yes. We regularly ship to clients across North America and Europe with reliable global logistics partners. We handle customs and documentation to make the process seamless.
Can you handle assembly or part labeling?
Yes, we offer secondary services like ultrasonic welding, labeling, basic assembly, and custom packaging upon request.
How do I get started with a project?
Simply reach out with your 3D model or concept, and we’ll provide a free DFM review and quote within 48 hours.
