No Minimum Order Quantity

We support you right from prototyping to manufacturing

Low-Cost Prototyping Molds

Access affordable injection mold options including 3D printed and hand molds

Design to Production

From concept design to delivering production ready enclosures

Fast Turnaround

From mold to production ready to dispatch in 12days

CAD Design for Enclosures

We design enclosures for both plastic and metal keeping the right tolerance, dimension and features to ensure the enclosure is manufacture ready

Rapid prototyping

Make samples of your device using 3D printing  to check the fitting and all tolerances. Its good to test the product first before going for full scale manufacturing

Prototyping Molds & Production Tooling

We make prototype molds and heavy duty injection molds to manufacture your products with MOQ starting at just 100units with different material and finish options

Quality Over Quantity

Our Process: From Idea to Injection Molded Enclosure

1

Idea review phase

You share your idea and concept design to us
2

DFM review

We then review your design to check ease of manufacturing
3

CAD design ( 2-5days )

We make edits to your model or design the model from scratch based on your requirements
4

Prototyping phase (2-4days)

We then develop your prototype using 3D printing and CNC machining
5

Tooling (2-4weeks)

Depending upon the initial quantity required we then make a prototype or a fully automatic tool for your parts
6

Scale production (5-10days)

Tooling sample approved? we then go for full scale production

We don't like to brag, but we're changing the game

“I had a enclosure printed. A very good experience in terms of quality, timeliness, and customer service. Very knowledgeable about materials and also helped in selecting the right colors. I received a prompt response for all of my queries. This was my first time 3D printing, and these guys did a great job! I highly recommend Precious3D.”

AkashProduct Designer

“If Prototyping with great quality, perfect time commitment, amazing service is your goal I would suggest one to get work done here. I got my patented product printed and got amazing output from them. Would highly recommend one to get service from this place.”

AnithEntrepreneur

“I had a good experience with them, they managed to deliver on short notice ,the parts were ready on time ,despite the fact that it was a last minute order. if you have any issue with the parts they get back and help you”

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for injection molded enclosures and parts?

We specialize in low-volume production and offer no MOQ requirements. Whether you need 10 enclosures or 10,000, we’re here to support your product journey.

How much does it cost to get an injection mold made?

Tooling costs vary based on the complexity and size of the part. Our low-cost tooling options like 3D printed and soft aluminum molds can start as low as $1,000, making it ideal for startups and prototyping.

Do you provide design support?

Absolutely. We offer end-to-end design assistance, including DFM (Design for Manufacturing) optimization to ensure your enclosure is both functional and cost-effective for injection molding.

Can you handle both plastic and metal enclosures?

Yes. We provide both plastic injection molded enclosures and custom sheet metal enclosures, depending on your product needs and use case.

What file formats do you accept for quoting or design review?

We accept all major 3D CAD formats including STEP (.stp/.step), IGES, STL, and SolidWorks files. If you have 2D drawings, we can work with those too.

How fast can you deliver prototypes and production units?

  • Prototypes (via 3D printing or soft tooling): 7–10 business days

  • Low-volume production: 2–3 weeks

  • Mass production: 4–6 weeks depending on tooling and part complexity

Are the molds mine after production?

Yes. Once the mold is made and paid for, it belongs to you. We can store it and maintain it for future batches. While reusing it after a long time there can be some minor repolishing charges

Do you ship to the United States and Europe?

Yes. We regularly ship to clients across North America and Europe with reliable global logistics partners. We handle customs and documentation to make the process seamless.

Can you handle assembly or part labeling?

Yes, we offer secondary services like ultrasonic welding, labeling, basic assembly, and custom packaging upon request.

How do I get started with a project?

Simply reach out with your 3D model or concept, and we’ll provide a free DFM review and quote within 48 hours.

What is a prototyping mold, and how is it different from a production mold?

A prototyping mold is a lower-cost tool, often made from aluminium or 3D printed inserts, for short runs of a few hundred to a few thousand parts. A production mold is made of hardened steel for high volumes. Starting with a prototyping mold lets you validate your enclosure in the final material before investing in full tooling.

Do you deliver injection molded enclosures across India?

Yes. We manufacture in Chennai and ship to all major cities, including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune and Delhi NCR.

Can you make enclosures to fit my existing PCB?

Yes. Share your PCB dimensions or STEP file, and we’ll design the enclosure around it, with mounting bosses, cut-outs for ports and ventilation.
